Pueblo Convention Center

The Urban Renewal Authority of Pueblo (URAP) owns the Pueblo Convention Center. With approximately 26,000 square feet of gross leaseble space, the Pueblo Convention Center is the premier convention and events venue in southern Colorado.

Through a public partnership with the City of Pueblo, the URAP issued approximately $9.5 million in revenue bonds to finance construction of the facility alongside a full service hotel. The URAP has contracted Global Spectrum, LP, to manage the Convention Center.
