Pueblo Courtyard by Marriott

In 1997, nearly 20 years since it was first imagined, the doors to the convention center finally opened.  One year later, a 164-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel was attached to the convention center thanks to Sunstone developers and a $43,000 bond issued by the City of Pueblo.  Today the Pueblo Convention Center and the Courtyard proudly stand at 1st Street and main, welcoming our guests exiting off Interstate 25 into Downtown Pueblo.  During its more than 10 years in operation, the convention center and the hotel have poured more than $30 million into Pueblo’s economy.

The Courtyard by Marriott in downtown Pueblo is currently undergoing major upgrades to all public spaces, including the lobby, front desk, pool area, fitness center and meeting rooms.  In addition, our lobby restaurant will be converted to the Courtyard Bistro, offering breakfast and dinner fare, along with Starbucks coffee. Our full service bar and lounge will also receive cosmetic upgrades. Guests will encounter an enhanced technological experience with our new business center, GoBoard® and functional spaces to work and relax in.  Scheduled completion is set for June 30, 2013.
