The anchor facility for the
St. Charles Industrial Park is
Vestas Towers America, Inc.
A manufacturer of alternative energy, Vestas produces wind
turbines for use throughout the world. Additionally, the St.
Charles Industrial Park is primed for future growth with the
availability of rail, freeway, extensive water rights, and a
skilled pool of labor. Vestas has targeted completion of the
tower manufacturing facility for October 2009.
